The Project of a Lifetime
A dream project and a career highlight! Just before the economy collapsed in 2008, the United Arab Emirates and Busch Gardens were planning an almost surreal theme park to be located on the man-made Palm Islands.FRCH was tasked with designing a food service experience strategy, together with PGAV, a theme park designer. The outcome was a Shamu-shaped island that would be the dining and entertainment destination in this theme park for regular, VIP and VVIP customers from the moment they planned their visit.
This project was a total dream, since the requirements were to come up with the impossible; something that no one has ever done, and push it to a fantasy-like experience for almost 100 food and entertainment venues.
